Dr. Susie Costa was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. She played tennis for the University of Utah and graduated in 1993 with a BS in Civil Engineering. Dr. Costa worked as an engineer in both New Mexico and Nevada. While in New Mexico, she began volunteer work at a veterinary hospital on the weekends. She loved it and decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. In 1995, the year that Spencer Springs opened, she moved back to Las Vegas, started working for Dr. Hicks un all areas of the hospital. She attended UNLV for the prerequisites for veterinary school. She was admitted to Colorado State University and graduated in 2001, returning that same year to Spencer Springs as a veterinarian. Dr. Costa purchased the practice in November of 2014 from Dr.Hicks. She loves working and being a veterinarian. Her hobbies include enjoying the outdoors, hiking and watching sports!

Dr. Natalie Woo is a part-time doctor that provides consistent coverage at Spencer Springs, amongst other veterinary clinics in Nevada and Arizona. She is an Arizona transplant, born and raised in Lake Havasu City. She attended college at the University of Arizona in Tucson and graduated
veterinary school from Colorado State University. Dr. Woo’s medical interests lie primarily in surgery and urgent care, although she does intermittent work in shelter medicine and emergency as well. Outside of work, Dr. Woo likes to spend time traveling with her husband and her
Pomeranian child, Bonnie.
