"This was my first time at Spencer Springs Animal hospital. Amber and Flora at the front desk were very kind and cheerful. Flora came out from behind the desk to greet my dog while we were waiting to get vaccines. I got to go to the back with my dog while he got his vaccines which means I got to meet Dr. A. She was also very kind and tried to take the time to get to know and greet my dog before administering the vaccines. She discussed everything with me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Since my dog is small I decided to not get all of his vaccines the same day, but they are not charging me for another exam at my next visit to finish his vaccines."
